This policy covers the personal data collected through the contact/quote forms on this website.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect the name, phone number, email address, project details and postcode you provide, along with the page (city and service) you submitted it from.

How it's used

This information is used solely to match you with 2-3 vetted local specialists so they can quote for your job. It is not sold to third parties beyond that quote-matching purpose, and it is never used for cold-calling outside of the specific quote you asked for.

Form processing

Our quote form is embedded from leads.work, an independent lead-matching platform we use to route enquiries to vetted specialists. Data entered in the form is transmitted to and processed by leads.work under their own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Matomo, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, with IP anonymisation and no cross-site tracking. It does not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
